Paul Grant is a retired business executive with over 35 years of experience in Information Technology. He has spent over 25 years investing in various asset classes such as equities, early and mid-stage startup companies and real estate.

The Investor’s Country Club was created as a resource to educate senior business executives and entrepreneurs on various aspects of real estate investing, especially the financial and logistical benefits of passive real estate investments for busy professionals.

    What Happens Next?

    1. Based on your profile, we will inform you of opportunities (with summary information) that meets your investment criteria.
    2. If you are interested, simply acknowledge your interest via email which reserves your interest position.
    3. You will then receive a Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) which provides all the details of the opportunity so you can make a well-informed decision.
    4. If you decide to invest, simply sign the PPM, send the funds and enjoy the ride by receiving your percentage of investment profits.

    How do I get started Investing?

    Many deals require you to be an accredited investor, but there are also deals that accept non-accredited investors as well. If you are interested in investing, simply sign-up with The Investors Country Club to be updated on the latest real estate investment opportunities.

    How much money do I need to invest?

    Depending on the syndicator’s requirements, minimum investment amounts range from $25,000 to $100,000+. Investors may invest as an individual with a checking or savings account, or with an entity such as a LLC, trust, or Self-directed IRA account.

    How do I know who to invest with?

    Most importantly the investment needs to align with your individual goals. Next you need to educate yourself about the individual opportunity. We only put forward deals that are properly vetted and give you every single piece of information that you would need. And don’t worry. We will be there with you along the whole process.
