How do I get started Investing?

Am I an accredited investor?
An accredited investor, as defined by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), must satisfy at least one of the following:
- Have an annual income of $200,000, or $300,000 for joint income, for each of the last two years, with expectations of earning the same or higher income this year;
- Have a net worth exceeding $1 million, not counting your primary home

- A certification is not required to meet the definition of an accredited investor.
How do I know who to invest with?
Most importantly the investment needs to align with your individual goals. Next you need to educate yourself about the individual opportunity. How much money do I need to invest?
Depending on the syndicator’s requirements, minimum investment amounts range from $25,000 to $100,000+. Investors may invest as an individual with a checking or savings account, or with an entity such as a LLC, trust, or Self-directed IRA account.
What is a real estate syndication?
Simply it is just a way for people to pool their resources together to purchase an asset that would be too expensive for one individual to afford.
Do I have to be a “C” level executive or a highly successful entrepreneur to join ?
Nope! Feel free to sign up no matter what profession you are in or level you are in the company you work for.
